Mac OSX is renowned as being easy to use, Time Machine - the Apple backup program is just as easy to use.
Time machine is indeed very simple to use, however in my own personal opinion its too simplistic, there are hardly any configuration options !
It backups up each hour of the day, I was thinking that I dont need a backup hourly during sleep ... Curiously it is not a configuration option.
I am sure this is just the Apple way, it does seem to work ( I have not restored my entire system yet .. )
